Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in production AI/ML solutions or AI systems.
• Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience deploying agentic AI systems and integrating with tools/APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI applications including architecture, implementation, integration and production rollout.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers and product teams to build robust AI systems.
• Explore new AI tools and frameworks and develop proofs of concept for Nordea use cases.
• Estimate scope of AI use cases and promote best engineering practices across teams.
• Champion ethical, safe and sustainable AI throughout the development lifecycle.
