Job summary

Metso seeks a Manager, Reporting and Analytics to join the Minerals Business Area Performance Solutions. You will lead project delivery reporting, drive data quality and governance, and enable a data-driven culture to support performance excellence and transformation across the Minerals BA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial controlling, reporting or analytics.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and project-based operations.
• Experience building reporting tools and analytical processes.
• Understanding of project lifecycle from start to finish.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Able to collaborate in a multicultural, dispersed organization.
• Analytical, proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Strong planning and continuous improvement capabilities.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead project delivery reporting and analytics for minerals business.
• Coordinate periodic reporting for financial, portfolio, workload and delivery performance.
• Develop reporting tools and modern data visualization capabilities.
• Improve reporting quality, data governance and analytics processes.
• Partner with leaders to translate reporting needs into solutions.
• Communicate insights, trends, risks and improvement opportunities to management.
• Create reporting standards, user docs and training materials.
• Foster a data-driven culture across the organization.
• Harmonize reporting practices across business areas to support transformation.
