We are looking for a Manager, Reporting and Analytics to join our Minerals Business Area Performance Solutions organization.
In this role, you will lead and develop project delivery reporting and analytics capabilities across the Minerals Business Area, ensuring decision-makers have access to accurate,meaningful, and actionable insights. You will play a key role in advancing our reporting practices, driving data quality and governance, and enabling a data-driven culture that supports performance excellence and business transformation.
You will join the Project Excellence team within Minerals BA Performance Solutions. In this global role, you will collaborate closely with project controlling teams, projectmanagement professionals, business and delivery leaders, market areas, and cross-functional stakeholders across Metso. Our team values collaboration, continuous improvement,innovation, and knowledge sharing. We work together to develop modern ways of utilizing data and insights to improve project performance and business outcomes.
