Jobgether, operating in a fully remote technology environment, is seeking a Senior Manager of Application Security based in Finland. You will lead the development of a dedicated security function, combining hands-on expertise with strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in security, with hands-on app security experience.
• Experience building or maturing an application security program including reviews & threat modeling.
• Knowledge of secure software design, OWASP, vulnerabilities, and exploitation scenarios.
• Ability to read code, assess web/API architectures, and work with engineers on remediation.
• 2+ years of people management, providing direction and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the application security roadmap with vulnerability mgmt and threat modeling.
• Lead security reviews, triage vulnerabilities, and scale processes.
• Embed secure SDLC practices and CI/CD security scanning.
• Design AI-first security strategies and oversight for AI-assisted tooling.
• Align security with IT and compliance under a unified strategy.
• Represent security posture to leadership, customers, and auditors.
