Job summary

Supercell in Helsinki seeks a Senior Security Engineer to partner with our global IT and game teams to design, build, and automate security improvements across cloud infrastructure, AI workflows, and data access. You will help detect threats, implement robust mitigations, and strengthen our security culture.

You’ll integrate tooling into teams’ workflows, participate in on-call and incident response, and drive risk-based decisions with clear communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of applicable experience.
• Experience with SSO, endpoint protection, logging and metrics, cloud-native deployments and security.
• Experience with IP networking, routing, firewalls, VLANs and network segregation.
• Ability to automate processes and build tooling for teams.
• Ability to assess risk and design mitigations.
• Experience building tooling used by the team, AI integrated into workflow.
• Ability to explain security concepts without jargon.
• Proactive and curious mindset.

Responsibilities

• Define information security at strategic and tactical level.
• Collaborate with global IT to fulfill security needs.
• Integrate security tooling into team workflows pragmatically.
• Lead security assessments and remediations, drive projects.
• Work with external consultants on security toolkit parts.
• Help define AI strategy and safety protocols.
• Participate in on-call and incident response activities.
