Job summary

Gapps is seeking a Senior Cloud & Security Architect to design and build customer Google Cloud environments end-to-end, including networks, IAM, and guardrails. You own both architecture and implementation, coding your designs into production.

You will work hybrid from Finland, with a Helsinki HQ option, and collaborate closely with customers to deliver secure, scalable cloud solutions. You’ll drive architectural conversations, mentor teammates, and contribute to AI-enabled improvements.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on Google Cloud experience from real production environments.
• Background in platform engineering, infrastructure, or DevOps.
• Infrastructure as code as your default way of working.
• Security as a natural part of how you build.
• Ability to explain technical trade-offs to customers and stand behind your decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical design of customer environments and build them in code.
• Design Google Cloud architectures, IAM, networking, guardrails, and audit readiness.
• Embed in a customer's development team when the project needs it.
• Use AI tools in your daily work, from writing code to running tasks.
• Spar with the rest of the team and support less experienced consultants.
