Job summary

Rovio is seeking a driven Senior Product Manager for the Angry Birds Dream Blast live-ops team. Based in Espoo, you will drive long-term growth and player experience by optimizing live events, economy, progression, balance, rewards, and tuning for millions of players worldwide.

You’ll work closely with data analysts, designers, and producers to run data-informed decisions and live experiments, shaping the game’s ongoing live experience. This hybrid role requires 2–3 days in the office per week.

Qualifications

• You have 5+ years as a PM on live F2P games with live-ops focus.
• You drive game impact through live-ops and system tuning.
• You understand F2P economies, difficulty, and game systems.
• You can analyze data independently using SQL and analytics tools.
• You excel at communicating with designers, data analysts, and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Dive into player behavior and live-ops performance to optimize events, progression, and economy.
• Craft hypotheses, run A/B tests, and translate data insights into gameplay improvements.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for monetization, retention, and live performance.
• Translate strategy into clear priorities and drive alignment across teams.
• Plan live events and updates to keep players engaged and improve business outcomes.
• Collaborate with economy designers and data analysts on tuning frameworks.
