The role combines strategic roadmap ownership with hands-on experimentation, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize monetization and retention across millions of players.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as PM on live F2P games, with live-ops focus.
• Strong understanding of F2P economies, core level difficulty and game systems.
• Experience with data analysis, SQL, experiments and A/B testing.

Responsibilities

• Dive deep into player behavior and optimize live events, economy and progression.
• Craft hypotheses, run A/B tests, and translate insights into improvements.
• Analyze data to improve monetization, retention and live performance.
• Translate strategy into priorities and coordinate cross-functional teams with high-quality execution.
• Plan and execute live events and feature updates to drive business outcomes.
• Monitor live-ops performance and evaluate impact of changes on gameplay.
