Job summary

Rovio is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead live-ops for Angry Birds Dream Blast. You will optimize live events, economy, progression, rewards, and tuning, partnering with data analysts and designers to drive growth and player engagement.

You will translate strategy into clear roadmaps and own experiments to improve gameplay and monetization. Based in Espoo, this role offers a hybrid setup with two to three days in the office per week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a PM on live F2P games, with a focus on live-ops and game systems.
• Strong track record of driving game impact through live-ops management and game system tuning.
• Deep understanding of F2P economies, core level difficulty, and game systems.
• Experience analyzing and querying data using analytics tools and SQL.
• Experience in A/B testing, hypothesis formulation, and statistical concepts.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration with designers, data analysts, and engineers.
• Ability to turn strategy into clear roadmap items and execute them smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Dive deep into player behavior and live-ops performance to optimize events, progression, and economy.
• Craft hypotheses, run A/B tests, and translate data insights into user-facing improvements.
• Analyze player data to find opportunities for monetization, retention, and live performance.
• Translate strategy into priorities, define success metrics, and align cross-functionally.
• Plan live events and feature updates to engage players and drive business outcomes.
• Collaborate with economy designers and data analysts on game-system tuning frameworks.
• Monitor live-ops impact of changes and support configuration management and deployments.
