• Understanding monetization mechanics and player segmentation.
• Detail‑oriented with strong operational discipline and release validation.

Responsibilities

• Own the live-ops calendar, ensuring events, offers, and progression beats create a coherent, fun experience while meeting business goals.
• Dive deep into player behavior and live-ops performance, tuning economy, progression, and difficulty for the best possible player experience.
• Partner with Game Design and Data Analytics teams, using internal tools to build balanced game systems.
• Cultivate a culture of experimentation, developing hypotheses and running A/B tests that translate into high-impact product decisions.
• Proactively explore data to identify opportunities to improve gameplay, monetization, retention, and live performance.
• Benchmark market practices and turn insights into actionable opportunities for Angry Birds Friends.
• Validate the game experience through hands-on gameplay, live performance reviews, and close attention to features, events, systems, and tuning changes.
• Nurture cross-functional alignment, translating complex product strategies into clear priorities for the team to execute.
