Job summary

Rovio Entertainment Corporation in Finland is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Angry Birds Dream Blast team. This high-impact role will drive long-term growth and player experience by overseeing live game operations, events, economy, progression, balance, rewards, and tuning across millions of players.

Based in Espoo, you will partner with data analysts, designers and producers to run data-informed decisions and experiments, translate strategy into clear priorities, and plan live events

Qualifications

• 5+ years as PM on live F2P games.
• Experience with live-ops and game systems.
• Strong understanding of F2P economies and difficulty tuning.
• Proficient in analytics and SQL.
• Experience with A/B testing and statistics.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Hybrid work with 2–3 days in office.

Responsibilities

• Dive into player behavior to optimize live events, economy, progression, and rewards.
• Design hypotheses, run A/B tests, and translate findings into improvements.
• Analyze data to find opportunities to improve monetization and retention.
• Translate strategy into clear priorities and roadmaps.
• Plan live events and updates to engage players and drive business outcomes.
• Collaborate with economy designers and data analysts on tuning.
• Monitor live-ops performance and assess impact of changes.
• Support game configuration management with changes deployment.
• Benchmark market trends to bring innovative opportunities.
