Job summary

Vincit in Helsinki is seeking an experienced IT Service & Project Manager to own the quality of IT services for our ~500 employees and lead key IT projects across Vincit. The role is hybrid, combining IT service management and project leadership.

You will manage an outsourced end‑user support partner, govern SLAs, drive improvements, and act as the senior escalation point to ensure security, value and a great employee experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing outsourced IT services, partners and SLAs.
• Track record delivering IT projects on scope, time and budget.
• Broad understanding of IT environments to credibly lead projects.
• Ability to simplify IT support processes while maintaining security.

Responsibilities

• Own IT service quality by governing SLA, reviewing performance and driving improvements.
• Manage partners and costs, improving efficiency and reducing expenses.
• Lead IT projects, managing scope, timeline, budget, vendors and stakeholders.
• Drive root-cause analysis and ensure sustainable handovers to prevent recurring issues.
