Job summary

Nordea in Helsinki (Finland) invites an Expert IT Analyst to join the Capital Management Requirements & Analysis team. You will lead requirements and analysis across stakeholders, focusing on data modelling, data architecture and end-to-end delivery in a banking context.

The role requires extensive IT project and business analyst experience in banking, knowledge of COREP/AnaCredit/Pillar III, and strong SQL, Python, and Power BI skills within SAFe Agile. Travel may be involved.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of IT project experience.
Minimum 5 years as IT Business Analyst.
Banking industry experience with Basel/core reporting.
Knowledge of COREP, AnaCredit and Pillar III.
Strong SQL data analysis skills.
Experience with Python and/or Power BI.
Experience with SAFe Agile framework.

Responsibilities

Take lead and drive requirements and analysis across stakeholders.
Elicit functional and non-functional requirements.
Ensure requirements traceability during end-to-end development.
Document requirements and share know-how across the value stream.
Build understanding of business processes and collaborate with developers to prioritise the backlog.
Provide technical counselling across end-to-end data architecture.
Share knowledge across units and borders to strengthen competencies.
Interest in AI-enabled analytics, automation and improvements.
