Job summary

You will partner with developers, ensure data quality, and lead test design and release readiness across the middle-office technology stack.

The role requires senior BA experience, strong SQL skills, and a track record in finance or data-heavy domains.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in business or functional analysis.
• Translate business intent into specific, structured, and testable requirements.
• Experience in requirements gathering, refinement, and documentation.
• Hands-on experience with test case design, defect management, and release validation.
• Practical knowledge of SQL for data investigation and validation.
• Strong communication skills and a structured, ownership-driven approach.
• Experience in finance, banking, or another regulated, data-heavy domain.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate business needs into clear, structured, and testable requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Partner with developers during refinement to shape solutions and validate logic and setup decisions.
• Validate data quality and business logic throughout the development lifecycle.
• Execute end-to-end business flow validations and verify expected outputs across integrated systems.
• Prepare test cases covering not only the happy path, but also corner cases and cross-system impacts.
• Ensure release readiness and provide quality assurance sign-off before deployment.
