Job summary

Jobtailor in Espoo seeks a seasoned patent licensing professional to lead negotiations and manage multiple licensing engagements in the IoT domain, coordinating with deal teams and the litigation group to drive strategy and execution across complex negotiations.

You bring 7+ years in patent licensing, a Master of Laws, excellent negotiation and presentation skills, and willingness to travel. You will contribute to achieving Licensing business goals in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of patent licensing sales experience.
• Experience in patent out-licensing is required.
• Master of Laws degree required.
• Strong negotiation, influencing and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead licensing negotiations and deal teams for licensing deals
• Collaborate with the litigation team to develop and drive litigation strategy and execution
• Drive work to meet Licensing business goals and targets
• Multitask across multiple licensing engagements and lead several license negotiations concurrently while prioritizing effectively
• Design and develop projects, processes, and content relevant especially to the IoT patent licensing domain
• Contribute to building business strategy addressing internal or external business and customer issues
• Identify, develop, and execute patent licensing opportunities, especially in the IoT domain
• Leverage Nokia’s portfolio of connectivity and multimedia innovations
