Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a related technical industry.
• Experience with P&L management and financial KPIs in a workshop environment.
• Fluent in Finnish and English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and production, bearing final responsibility.
• Align capacity with sales and assembly departments.
• Prepare and present management reports for project monitoring.
• Coordinate logistics for vehicle transport and inspections.
• Develop and adhere to a 6S safety culture.
• Promote quality and safety standards in the installation organization.
• Monitor installation margin, safety targets, and stocks.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
