Job summary

Rovio Entertainment Corporation in Helsinki seeks a Senior HR Operations Specialist on a fixed-term basis until August 2027 to support 500+ Rovians across five countries with payroll, HRIS, and policy execution. The role involves hands-on HR operations, lifecycle management, and cross-team collaboration.

You will partner with the People team, IT, Legal, and Finance to maintain employee records, support onboarding and offboarding, and contribute to HR projects including vendor changes.

Qualifications

• Solid HR administrative experience including payroll responsibilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of Finnish labour legislation and regulations.
• Professional English and Finnish, other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and supervisors.
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, records, payroll, offboarding.
• Collaborate with People, IT, Legal and Finance teams on HR projects and improvements.
• Act as payroll contact for Finnish and Canadian data and vendor changes.
• Learn HR policies across multiple countries in a collaborative, flat organization.
