Job summary

Rovio, part of the SEGA family, is seeking a Senior HR Ops Specialist to strengthen employee experiences across our global hubs in Espoo, Barcelona, or Stockholm, with a hybrid work setup.

You’ll partner with employees and leaders to streamline onboarding and offboarding, manage payroll partnerships, safeguard data integrity, and maintain policies, contracts, and documents while collaborating with IT, Finance and Legal.

We're looking for a Senior HR Ops Specialist to help us build, tweak, and polish employee experiences that reinforce our unique culture. Reporting directly to our HR Operations leadership, you'll join a warm, collaborative team across our Espoo, Barcelona, or Stockholm hubs to keep our global and local HR services running like a dream.

You will have impact and fun at work by:

• Partnering directly with employees and leads to support their everyday HR needs with empathy and care.
• Crafting smooth employee journeys by improving our onboarding, offboarding, and everyday processes.
• Managing external partnerships for payroll, benefits, and occupational health to keep us competitive and compliant.
• Keeping our HR systems and employee data clean, organized, and ready for smart, data-informed choices.
• Maintaining up-to-date employment documents, contracts, and accessible company policies.
• Teamwork across departments like IT, Finance, and Legal to elevate company-wide practices.
• Teaming up with fellow HR folks on rewarding programs, wellbeing initiatives, and local health and safety tasks.

Experience and skills we are looking for:

• You bring hands-on HR operations experience across the full employee lifecycle, ideally across different company setups.
• You have solid knowledge of local labor legislation and managing external supplier partnerships.
• You bring hands-on experience as a payroll contact working alongside external providers.
• You’re great at project teamwork, especially when applying service design ideas to improve processes.
• You communicate clearly and fluently in English as well as your local language.
• You’re a naturally supportive team player who loves finding win-win solutions for everyone.
• You use data and clear thinking to help resolve questions and keep things moving forward.
• Understanding of agile methodologies in HR process design.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup with two to three days at the office per week.
