Job summary

Rovio, part of the SEGA family, is seeking a Senior HR Ops Specialist to strengthen employee experiences across our global hubs in Espoo, Barcelona, or Stockholm, with a hybrid work setup.

You’ll partner with employees and leaders to streamline onboarding and offboarding, manage payroll partnerships, safeguard data integrity, and maintain policies, contracts, and documents while collaborating with IT, Finance and Legal.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HR operations across the full employee lifecycle.
• Solid knowledge of local labor legislation.
• Payroll coordination with external providers.
• Experience applying service design to processes.
• Clear English and local language communication.
• Collaborative team player who seeks win-win outcomes.
• Data-driven approach to solving questions.
• Understanding of agile HR process design.

Responsibilities

• Partner with employees and leads for HR needs with empathy and care.
• Improve onboarding, offboarding and everyday processes.
• Manage external partnerships for payroll, benefits, and occupational health.
• Keep HR systems and employee data clean, organized, and actionable.
• Maintain up-to-date employment documents, contracts and company policies.
• Collaborate across IT, Finance and Legal to elevate practices.
• Work on rewarding programs, wellbeing initiatives, and local health and safety tasks.
