Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of delivering products with high business impact and outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Experience taking new and/or existing products from concept to commercial launch with minimal supervision.
• Passion for using technology to help people live healthier lives.
• Ability to combine consumer, technology, and business insights into a simple narrative (with data to back it up).
• Ability to quickly analyze, find the root cause, and propose creative solutions under pressure.
• Excellent written and presentation skills that enable clear thinking and high-quality discussions.
• Unrelenting optimism combined with kindness and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Own a hardware product to maximize impact and customer satisfaction.
• Craft a product story rooted in deep customer insights.
• Identify and resolve product issues across the lifecycle.
• Conduct market and user research, including qualitative and quantitative studies.
• Write and manage PRDs, track progress, and facilitate decisions.
• Support lifecycle from concept to end of life with engineering and design teams.
• Prioritize features balancing cost, timeline, and user experience.
• Communicate priorities and progress to stakeholders clearly.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, scientists, marketers, and analysts; partner with software PM counterparts.
• Contribute to vision, strategy, and roadmap for hardware portfolio; support go-to-market readiness.
