Job summary

Epec Oy, part of the Ponsse Group technology family, seeks an experienced project management professional for a complex product development program. You will coordinate budgeting, resource planning, reporting, and stakeholder management to reliably deliver objectives and milestones.

You can base yourself in Seinäjoki, Tampere or Turku with flexible hybrid work, and you’ll work with multinational partners and OEMs in a dynamic, technology‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering large, complex embedded systems projects with business impact.
• Experience with large OEM customers and partners in automotive/off-highway sectors.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills under challenging conditions.
• Understanding of embedded architectures, RTOS, BSP, API, and peripheral integration.
• Knowledge of functional safety is advantageous.
• Fluent in English and Finnish.

• Lead budgeting, resource and project planning, and reporting.
• Manage stakeholders and ensure delivery of project objectives.
