Job summary

Etteplan in Finland (Espoo or Tampere) seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large embedded systems projects across their full lifecycle, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and balancing technical scope, schedule and budget while maintaining the customer relationship.

You will drive planning, risk management and reporting to stakeholders, contribute to presales and proposal work, and communicate effectively in Finnish and English.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience managing large embedded system projects.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills guiding multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with embedded systems development practices and credible dialogue with engineers and executives.
• Solid grasp of project management methods (agile, stage-gate or hybrid).
• Ability to own schedule, budget and risk on large-scale projects.
• Educational background in engineering or related technical field.
• Proficiency in Finnish and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities
