Job summary

If Insurance is seeking a passionate Lead Developer to lead a cross-functional team responsible for Nordic self-service experiences. You will combine hands-on software development with technical leadership, guiding architectural decisions and ensuring maintainable, scalable solutions in React/Next.js and .NET/C#.

In a Nordic-wide customer focus, you will work with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and Azure-based platforms, owning deployments, monitoring, and production support.

Qualifications

• Experience as a software developer with technical leadership responsibilities.
• Strong experience with .NET/C# and modern web technologies (React/Next.js/TypeScript).
• Comfortable with cloud-based solutions and established production systems (ASP.NET Framework, Razor Pages).
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead development with hands-on coding and technical leadership.
• Guide architecture decisions and ensure maintainable, scalable solutions.
• Own development environments, monitoring, and production support.
