If Insurance in Finland is seeking a passionate Lead Developer to drive hands-on software development and technical leadership in a Nordic cross-functional team. You will guide implementation decisions, ensure maintainable solutions, and own delivery across the full lifecycle from design to production support.

The role focuses on modern React/Next.js frontends, .NET/C# backends, and Azure-hosted platforms, with continued support for established ASP.NET Framework and Razor Pages apps.

Formación

• Experience with .NET/C# and modern web tech such as React, Next.js and TypeScript.
• Experience with Azure, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, test automation and monitoring.
• Familiarity with ASP.NET Framework and Razor Pages in production systems.
• Experience working in agile teams and contributing to technical analysis and delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and provide technical leadership within a cross-functional Scrum team.
• Contribute across the full software lifecycle from design to production support.
• Drive architectural decisions, technical objectives, and best practices.
• Monitor environments, troubleshoot issues, and promote engineering excellence.
• Collaborate across Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Latvia for delivery.
