If, a leading Nordic insurance tech company, is seeking a Lead Developer to drive backend and frontend solutions in a cross-functional Scrum team. You will shape technical decisions, mentor peers, and own delivery from design to production across React/Next.js and .NET/C# on Azure.

You will work across the full lifecycle, collaborating with business and IT, with hybrid work options and a focus on scalable, maintainable systems for millions of Nordic customers.

Qualifications

• Experience as a software developer with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong .NET/C# and modern web tech (React, Next.js, TypeScript).
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and test automation.
• Ability to work in agile teams and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical decisions and guide implementation.
• Own full software lifecycle from design to production.
• Mentor team and promote engineering best practices.
• Support Azure-based deployments and monitoring.
