Job summary

QuTwo - Europe\'s private Quantum AI Lab in Helsinki is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive multi-million euro AI partnerships. You will own enterprise deals from prospecting to closing, and partner with Deployment Strategists to shape the scope and align with senior sponsors.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of B2B enterprise sales experience.
• Proven track record of closing seven-figure deals.
• Experience with AI, software or infrastructure deals enterprise-level.
• Pre-existing network among key clients in life sciences, materials, autonomous systems, or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Own a personal portfolio of enterprise deals from prospecting to closing.
• Collaborate with Deployment Strategists to define scope and align with senior sponsors.
• Contribute to weekly cadence: targets, pipeline reviews, deal reviews, forecast; help expand markets.
