Job summary

Eaton is seeking a senior in-house lawyer to lead end-to-end contracting for our data center commercial activities. You will act as the primary legal partner to sales and project delivery, owning contract strategy and negotiation on complex deals.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE developing the standard contract framework, overseeing post-execution management, and coordinating with external counsel when needed. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

Legal degree and qualified lawyer required.
At least 10 years’ legal experience in contract drafting and negotiation (in a law-firm and/or in-house).
Experience in-house or in private practice with a strong in-house secondment or client-facing background.

Responsibilities

Own the full contract lifecycle for high-value customer contracts across data center projects, from terms negotiation to close-out.
Lead negotiations with hyperscalers, colocation operators, main contractors, and large enterprise customers.
Provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice to sales and project delivery teams at all deal stages.
