Job summary

Supercell in Helsinki is seeking a Senior Automation Engineer to join our Central Automation team and help shape the next generation of engineering tools across Supercell.

You’ll work with the Automation team to improve the systems hundreds of automated tests rely on daily, and build infrastructure that game teams trust while exploring how AI can remove friction from development, testing, and releasing games.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and scaling automation infrastructure.
• Hands-on with mobile automation, device farms, CI/CD, job orchestration, infrastructure, or developer tooling.
• Strong collaboration across product teams and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve the automation infrastructure used across Supercell.
• Improve the reliability, scalability, and observability of automation platforms.
• Build tools that help developers test, debug, and release with confidence.
• Partner closely with game teams to solve real engineering problems.
• Define how AI can improve automation, testing, debugging, reporting, and developer productivity.
• Reduce flaky tests, improve feedback loops, and increase trust in automation.
• Take ownership of services and infrastructure that other engineers rely on every day.
• Continuously improve the developer experience across our engineering ecosystem.
