Job summary

Supercell in Helsinki is seeking a Quality Engineering Lead to own the QA strategy across Player Platform, including Supercell Store, Supercell ID, and web properties. You will lead automation, shift from manual testing to AI-assisted testing, and embed quality gates into CI/CD while partnering with game teams to raise the bar for end-to-end coverage.

• Own the QA strategy across Player Platform products and services.
• Lead the shift from manual-first testing to automation and AI-assisted testing.
• Involve early in design to push for testability and clear failure modes.
• Build and scale test automation with CI/CD integration.
• Extend quality practices into production with monitoring and real‑signal validation.
• Coordinate testing across Games, Social, and Support teams.
