Job summary

Wolt seeks a Senior Associate to drive strategic projects and lead analyses that shape the Subscription Strategy & Performance team's goals. You'll partner with market teams to identify opportunities, align priorities, and execute initiatives across EMEA.

You'll move between deep-dives, planning inputs and stakeholder communications, becoming a trusted counterparty on cross-functional projects to guide priorities and growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in strategy & operations, strategy consulting, investments, or business operations, ideally with exposure to subscription/membership businesses or consumer tech.
• Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of subscriber and marketplace dynamics.
• Analytical rigour with comfort reading code and using AI tools and advanced spreadsheets.
• Bias for action and ownership; ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive work to completion.
• Cross-functional influence across product, finance, legal, and local markets.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; ability to present trade-offs to senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve subscription program performance across markets by analyzing gaps and sizing opportunities.
• Build recommendations on levers to pull and product features to boost growth and profitability.
• Translate findings into leadership communications and clear strategy documents.
• Help set prioritization among investment choices when capacity is limited.
• Support weekly operating and reporting cadence.
