Wolt is hiring a Senior Creative Producer to lead the end-to-end production of digital advertising across multiple markets. This 6-month fixed contract role will coordinate cross-functional teams, from brief through delivery, across B2B, Communications, New Verticals, and Wolt+, with a focus on scalable creative output and efficient processes.

• 8+ years in creative production or integrated campaign management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.

• Proactive, detail-oriented and collaborative across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery: manage projects from brief to launch across social, in-app, DOOH, and OOH.
• Resource & Budget Control: oversee costs, timelines, and team allocations.
• Stakeholder Management: align marketing teams, designers, and agencies; provide updates.
• Time Management & Multitasking: prioritize and lead multiple projects across surfaces.
