Wolt in Helsinki is seeking a Senior Associate to own strategic projects and lead analyses that define the strategy and goals for the Subscription Strategy & Performance team across EMEA. You’ll partner with other subscription members and market teams to identify opportunities, align priorities, and drive initiatives.

You’ll move between deep-dives, planning inputs, and stakeholder communications, becoming a trusted counterparty on cross-functional projects and guiding priorities for

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in strategy & operations, strategy consulting, investments, or business operations.
• Exposure to subscription/membership businesses or consumer tech is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Based in Helsinki or Berlin with willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsabilités

• Identify opportunities to improve subscription program performance across markets by analyzing gaps and sizing opportunities.
• Build recommendations on levers to pull and features to build to boost growth and profitability.
• Translate findings into leadership communications and clear strategy documents with trade-offs.
• Help set prioritization among investment choices when capacity is limited.
• Support weekly operating and reporting cadence and explore AI-driven automation for reporting.
