Wolt is seeking a Senior Recruitment Manager to lead recruitment for Marketplace for Wolt and Deliveroo, the B2B space and SevenRooms, across EMEA. Based in Helsinki, you will lead a geographically distributed team of recruitment managers and recruiters, shaping the strategy, developing leaders in your team, and translating hiring demand into a clear delivery plan.

This role combines leadership through managers with hands-on leadership of selected individual contributors.

Qualifikationen

• Leadership experience leading recruitment managers and distributed teams.
• Proven track record in recruitment across commercial or business functions.
• Ability to advise senior leaders with evidence-based plans.
• Ability to translate forecasts into recruitment plans and trade-offs.
• Strong use of funnel, productivity and delivery metrics.

• Lead through managers, developing leaders and accountability.
• Own the recruitment strategy for Marketplace, B2B and SevenRooms across Deliveroo and Wolt.
• Advise senior business leaders and align priorities with demand and resources.
• Plan capacity with Finance and People to forecast hiring and allocate resources.
• Deliver measurable hiring outcomes with data-driven improvements.
• Build consistent hiring practices with shared tools and standards across EMEA.
• Lead the team through change and unify practices across brands.
