Job summary

ICEYE is seeking a Senior AIT Engineer, Electronics in Espoo to lead integration readiness for electronics and power subsystems of ICEYE satellites. You’ll own the integration discipline from design reviews through PRR, ensure manufacturability, and guide production with clear procedures and escalation paths.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics.
• 6+ years of hands-on electronics integration experience.
• Strong understanding of power electronics and system-level boot sequences.
• Experience owning a subsystem end-to-end from design review through integration.
• Proficiency with electronics lab equipment (oscilloscopes, power supplies, multimeters).
• Ability to read electrical schematics and system-level documents, translate to procedures.
• Excellent written and spoken English communications.

Responsibilities

• Own integration readiness for electronics and power subsystems across satellite variants.
• Act as the electronics expert for production and engineering escalation.
• Co-own the PRR package with engineering subsystem owners and assure manufacturability.
• Develop and maintain production-ready procedures and troubleshooting guides.
• Own Tier-2 technical support for electronics non-conformances and anomalies.
• Contribute to projects ensuring lessons translate into PRR-ready docs.
• Train production technicians on electronics integration steps.
• Drive subsystem manufacturing readiness level (MRL) maturity roadmap.
