Job summary

ICEYE is seeking a Systems and Software Team Lead in Espoo, Finland, to own production and verification for SAR satellites. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, drive end-to-end production flows for onboard software, avionics, and payload systems, and ensure robust testing to deliver flight-ready hardware.

You will collaborate with the Integration and Mechanical teams, improve processes, and scale production volumes while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience managing a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians.
• Proven expertise in systems and/or software integration for complex hardware.
• In-depth knowledge of onboard software, avionics, and payload systems.
• Comfort with software in test: loading/validation, test automation, scripting.

Responsibilities

• Own systems and software production for ICEYE's SAR satellites, ensuring mission readiness from integration through launch.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute satellite build stages across production from integration through flight readiness.
• Own end-to-end production flows for onboard software, avionics, and SAR payload system integration.
• Be hands-on: lead troubleshooting, unblock issues, and maintain production momentum.
• Drive system-level functional testing, verification, and acceptance for SAR flight units.
