Job summary

ICEYE in Espoo, Finland, is seeking an Engineering Supply Chain Manager (Electronics) to work with hardware engineering teams on fast-paced projects, ensuring early identification of long lead items and securing components before testing and builds.

You will bridge engineering and production, optimize BOMs, coordinate with PCB fabrication partners, and drive procurement execution to keep prototypes on schedule in a dynamic, space-tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct experience in electronics sourcing or engineering supply chain.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductors, PCB fabrication, and prototyping.
• Experience working in fast-moving hardware environments.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Fluent professional English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing and procurement of electronic components and PCBA assembly.
• Run fast quoting and supplier selection to meet engineering timelines.
• Identify long lead items early and secure them before bottlenecks.
• Advise engineers on component availability, obsolescence, and lead times.
• Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, and operations to maintain build readiness.
• Maintain ERP visibility and cost tracking for prototype to production.
