• Identify and evaluate AI opportunities across Metsä Group.
• Drive opportunity discovery with business stakeholders and build cases.
• Lead strategic AI initiatives from concept to value delivery.
• Drive adoption, value realization and measurable business outcomes.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, technology teams and external partners.
• Help develop Metsä’s AI operating model and ways of working.
