Job summary

Metso Corporation in Espoo, Finland seeks a temporary Program Coordinator to join the AI Transformation Office for 12 months. You will coordinate meetings, governance, and communications, supporting effective collaboration across stakeholders and initiatives to accelerate AI-driven value realization.

You will report to the Head of AI Enablement and work with teams across business, HR, IT, and external partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Copilot, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and build relationships.
Proactive mindset and attention to detail.
Nice to have AI/digital transformation experience.

Responsibilities

Coordinate meetings, workshops, governance forums, and leadership reviews across transformation initiatives.
Track actions, decisions, risks, dependencies, and milestones for follow-through and visibility.
Prepare presentations, reports, agendas, meeting summaries, and leadership materials.
Support communication and stakeholder engagement across the program.
Maintain program documentation, trackers, repositories, and reporting tools.
Collaborate with stakeholders across business, HR, IT, finance, and external partners.
Assist with planning, logistics, and coordination of transformation activities, workshops, and events.
Support the AI Transformation Office in driving operational excellence and program execution.
