Qualifications

• More than five years of relevant technical experience, preferably in consulting or customer facing projects.
• Proven ability to lead client projects, manage stakeholders, and communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Strong skills in solution architecture, system design, integration patterns, and cloud native architectures.
• Hands on expertise in Python, React and TypeScript, and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Familiarity with LLM and AI related development such as prompt engineering, retrieval augmented generation, and evaluation techniques
• Proficiency with QA and automation tools.
• Experience with large scale data platforms and tools such as SQL, NoSQL, Spark, Databricks, and Elasticsearch
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code and DevOps practices including Terraform, Kubernetes, and serverless frameworks
• Excellent problem solving ability combined with strong communication skills and leadership qualities that foster safety, resilience, and constructive collaboration within teams

Responsibilities

• Act or contribute as a technical architect by designing scalable and reliable solutions across cloud, data, and AI domains
• Lead projects with direct client engagement, ensuring delivery success
• Mentor a team of full stack developers, data engineers and scientists
• Embed a QA first mindset into projects so that testing, observability, and reliability are built in from the start
• Champion modern tools such as Cursor, Copilot, and AI assisted testing frameworks in development
• Translate technical decisions into clear explanations, helping both teams and clients see how solutions connect to business objectives, user needs and project goals
• Support sales and pre-sales work by joining prospect meetings, preparing proposals, and presenting solutions with clarity
• Contribute to shaping culture and technical practices across Veracell
