Qualifications

• More than five years of relevant technical experience, preferably in consulting or customer facing projects.
• Proven ability to lead client projects, manage stakeholders, and communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Strong skills in solution architecture, system design, integration patterns, and cloud native architectures.
• Hands on expertise in Python, React and TypeScript, and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Familiarity with LLM and AI related development such as prompt engineering, retrieval augmented generation, and evaluation techniques
• Proficiency with QA and automation tools.
• Experience with large scale data platforms and tools such as SQL, NoSQL, Spark, Databricks, and Elasticsearch
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code and DevOps practices including Terraform, Kubernetes, and serverless frameworks
• Excellent problem solving ability combined with strong communication skills and leadership qualities that foster safety, resilience, and constructive collaboration within teams

Responsibilities

Our salary model is transparent and guided by a common table that applies equally to everyone at Veracell. The pay is set per your skill level. The base salary for this position is 4900 € per month, plus 10 € for each billed hour. With a typical load of 160 billed hours, the monthly salary totals 6500 €. We have ongoing billable projects needing your contribution.
