Job summary

Nordea is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed AI Engineer to design and deploy scalable AI applications within a hybrid team based in Helsinki. You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers and product stakeholders to deliver agentic AI solutions that align with Nordea’s data strategy and regulatory standards.

You will work on end-to-end AI projects, integrating tools, APIs and enterprise data, while upholding ethical and sustainable development practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong degree in CS or related field with hands-on AI/ML production experience.
• Proven ability to architect, develop and deploy scalable AI applications.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across tech and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end AI applications, including architecture, implementation and rollout.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers and product teams on AI solutions.
• Evaluate new AI tools and build proofs of concept for Nordea use cases.
• Champion ethical, secure and sustainable AI practices.
