Job summary

Immense Group is seeking a Senior Affiliate Manager to lead and grow affiliate partnerships across Sportsbook and Casino. You will manage a portfolio of key affiliates, optimize performance, and develop campaigns to scale partnerships in competitive markets.

Join a team focused on growth in iGaming, with responsibilities spanning relationship development, performance analysis, and effective negotiation. The role includes relocation to Malta and collaboration across global markets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Affiliate Management experience in iGaming.
• Strong knowledge of Sportsbook and Casino products and player acquisition funnels.
• Proven track record growing high-value affiliate partnerships.
• Experience negotiating CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, and tenancy agreements.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data.
• Proficient with Excel and affiliate tracking platforms.
• Excellent English communication.

We are seeking a Senior Affiliate Manager to lead and grow our affiliate partnerships across Sportsbook and Casino verticals. This role requires a strong understanding of the sportsbook affiliate landscape, player acquisition strategies, sports betting products, and performance marketing.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of key affiliates across Sportsbook and Casino to drive new business opportunities and sustainable revenue growth.
• Optimize partner performance through data-driven analysis and campaign development.
• Develop campaigns, engage in business development activities, and perform performance analysis to scale affiliate partnerships in competitive markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, negotiate terms, and execute programs that align with company goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in Affiliate Management within the iGaming industry.
• Strong knowledge of Sportsbook and Casino products, betting markets, customer acquisition funnels, and player behavior.
• Proven track record of managing and growing high-value affiliate partnerships.
• Experience negotiating CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, and tenancy agreements.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and identify growth opportunities.
• Excel skills and experience working with affiliate tracking platforms.
• Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation abilities.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
