Next Job Abroad is seeking a Finnish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an iGaming team in Malta. You will support customers via phone, chat, and email, becoming an expert in sportsbook and online casino products while collaborating with Payments, Fraud, and Compliance teams.

Qualifications

• Finnish language and good English proficiency, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Supporting customers via phone, live chat, and email.
• Resolving customer enquiries from start to finish.
• Processing withdrawals and handling KYC documentation.
• Performing daily security checks on customer accounts.
• Identifying trends and suggesting process improvements.
• Working closely with Payments, Fraud, and Compliance teams.

About The Role

Our client is looking for a Finnish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join their growing iGaming team in Malta. You'll become an expert in sportsbook and online casino products while supporting customers via phone, chat, and email. This is a hands‑on role where you'll take ownership of customer cases from start to finish while working closely with teams across Payments, Fraud, and Compliance.

Working Hours

• Shift-based schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Hybrid working model
• Up to 40 days per year working fully remotely

Your Daily Tasks Will Include:

• Supporting customers via phone, live chat, and email

Requirements
