Next Job Abroad is seeking a Finnish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a growing iGaming team in Malta. You will handle customer cases from start to finish across phone, chat and email, while coordinating with Payments, Fraud and Compliance teams.

This hands-on role requires strong Finnish and English, 1+ year in a call centre, and a flexible, shift-based schedule with hybrid work and up to 40 days of remote work per year.

Qualifications

About the Role

Our client is looking for a Finnish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join their growing iGaming team in Malta. You\'ll become an expert in sportsbook and online casino products while supporting customers via phone, chat, and email. This is a hands-on role where you\'ll take ownership of customer cases from start to finish while working closely with teams across Payments, Fraud, and Compliance.

Working Hours

• Shift-based schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Hybrid working model
• Up to 40 days per year working fully remotely

Your Daily Tasks Will Include:

• Supporting customers via phone, live chat, and email
• Resolving customer enquiries from start to finish
• Processing withdrawals and handling KYC documentation
• Performing daily security checks on customer accounts
• Identifying trends and suggesting process improvements
• Working closely with Payments, Fraud, and Compliance teams
• Contributing to team KPIs while delivering an outstanding customer experience

What You Need:

• Excellent communication skills in Finnish and good English, both spoken and written
• At least 1 year of customer support experience in a call centre environment
• Good computer skills and confidence working across multiple systems
• A structured and analytical mindset
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work shifts
• Interest in sports betting and online casino is an advantage
• A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn
• To be eligible for this role, you must already hold an EU passport or have the legal right to work in Malta. Unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available.
