Job summary

Virta is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to assist customers with EV charging products and services. You will work with B2B and B2C clients, and with internal product, sales, and tech teams to improve the customer experience.

You will handle inquiries mainly in Swedish, English, and Finnish, perform 2nd line troubleshooting, and help document issues for internal training. A hybrid, full-time role with 3 remote days and 2 in-office in Helsinki.

Qualifications

• Fluent Finnish, Swedish and English verbal and written communication.
• Experience in customer support or IT/helpdesk ticketing.
• Comfort with PC systems and CRM/ERP tools; basic scripting comfort.
• Bachelor degree in Business, IT, or related field; ITIL/SQL knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries using Zendesk and email in Finnish, Swedish and English.
• Provide 2nd line technical support and troubleshoot issues.
• Document and update technical issues for knowledge sharing.
• Escalate complex cases with full context to the right teams.
• Collaborate with Finnish and Swedish offices to review feedback and recurring problems.
