Job summary

VTT is seeking a Technology Solution Sales Lead for Micronova Fab in Espoo. The role combines business development, sales leadership and service productization to scale Fab operations and support research and commercialization efforts.

The position requires extensive experience in value-based sales, strong negotiation skills, and collaboration across a matrix organization with researchers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Several years of hands-on sales in value-based and consultative solution sales.
• Motivated to transfer inventions to innovations through customers.
• Proven track record in developing processes, operating models, or business scalability.
• Demonstrated track record on managing customer relationships and enabling growth.
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Fab’s commercial operating model, including order-to-delivery process in collaboration with the Fab director, research and production organisations.
• Plan, coordinate and execute sales process from lead to delivery with research area members and stakeholders.
• Productize Fab’s technology services and capabilities based on market needs and industry trends.
• Ensure continued business relationships with existing customers and acquire new customers to drive sales growth.
• Participate in negotiations, thinking holistically to create cross-VTT offers and pricing considerations.
• Contribute with research teams in offers and contracts creation following VTT sales guidelines.
• Implement frame agreements with customer-specific terms, collaboration models, and pricing models.
• Participate in marketing action planning and event coordination.
