Job summary

VTT's Micronova Fab in Espoo is seeking an experienced Technology Solution Sales Lead to build and develop commercial operations. You will shape the operating model, drive the sales process from lead to delivery, and work with researchers and customers to turn technology into value.

This role blends business development, sales leadership and service productization, aiming to scale Fab operations for research and European pilot-line programs.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on sales experience in value-based and consultative solution sales.
• Proven track record in developing scalable sales processes and offers.
• Strong customer relationship management and ability to drive growth.
• Excellent English communication; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Fab’s commercial operating model and order-to-delivery process.
• Plan, coordinate and execute sales from lead to delivery with researchers and stakeholders.
• Productize Fab’s technology services based on market needs.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and acquire new ones to drive growth.
• Negotiate and craft cross-VTT offers, align pricing, deliverables, and regulations.
• Contribute to offers and contracts with research teams following sales guidelines.
• Implement frame agreements and pricing models with customer-specific terms.
• Participate in marketing planning and events.
