Job summary

VTT is seeking a Technology Solution Sales Lead for Micronova Fab in Espoo. You will build and develop Fab’s commercial operations, including operating model, sales processes and customer-focused service offerings, partnering with the Fab Director and researchers to drive growth.

The role combines business development, sales leadership and hands-on sales work, aiming to scale operations and offer customer-oriented solutions for research and European pilot-line programs.

Qualifications

• Several years of hands-on sales experience in value-based and consultative selling.
• Proven ability to sell projects and tailored solutions to customer needs.
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Fab’s commercial operating model in collaboration with the Fab director and production teams.
• Plan, coordinate and execute the sales process from lead to delivery with researchers and stakeholders.
• Productize Fab’s technology services based on market needs and trends.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers and acquire new ones to drive sales growth.
• Lead negotiations, consider pricing, deliverables, and regulatory aspects in offers and contracts.
