Job summary

Taloturva Group Oy is a domestic family business and pipes renovation specialist operating in Finland, Sweden and Norway. We are seeking a salesperson for the Lahti team. You will represent Taloturva and present the best solution for HVAC renovations.

Expect about 15 client visits per week scheduled in advance. Travel within your area is required and travel reimbursements are paid as usual. The earnings model includes base pay and a clear bonus structure; the average seller earns about €4,600

Taloturva Group Oy is a domestic family business and pipes renovation specialist operating in Finland, Sweden and Norway. We are seeking a salesperson for the Lahti team.

You will represent Taloturva and present the best solution for HVAC renovations. Expect about 15 client visits per week scheduled in advance. Travel within your area is required and travel reimbursements are paid as usual. The day starts at the office with the team to review the day’s meetings and goals before client visits. You will conduct pre-scheduled meetings at the customer's home, discuss their situation, map needs and clearly present the solution. Listening is as important as speaking; the aim is to find the right solution for the customer and close the sale.

The earnings model includes base pay and a clear bonus structure; the average seller earns about €4,600 per month, with the top earner reaching €12,000 per month (September 2025). Customer feedback is collected via a post-visit SMS survey; in 2026 our NPS is 72 (roughly a school grade of 9), indicating very high customer satisfaction.
