Renoa is looking for a Sales Representative in Oulu to help homeowners prevent damages and extend the lifespan of their properties by ensuring necessary plumbing, sewer, or electrical renovations are performed. The role is independent and mobile, requiring persistence and a disciplined approach to achieve results through repetitive activity.

New employees start with a 12-week sales training program to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge. The primary focus is on independent customer acquisition, though some appointments are later arranged by customer acquisition specialists. Support is provided by supervisors and installers throughout the workday.

Renoa is Finland's largest provider of building technology services for small houses, specializing in plumbing renovations, sewer relining, electrical renovations, and air-water heat pump installations. The company has over 20 years of experience and has completed more than 60,000 renovations.

The position is commission-based.

For the first six months, a guaranteed minimum salary of 1,600 €/month is provided along with tax-free allowances such as per diems and mileage compensation.

Typical earnings with basic activity range from 3,000 to 4,500 €/month, with no salary cap.
